2. Functional Product Upload:
- Creators are required to upload digital products that are fully functional and meet the standards set by AiaStore.

3. Product Maintenance:
- Creators must actively maintain their products to ensure they remain in working condition.

4. In-Platform Transactions:
- Creators should conduct all transactions, including payments, within the AiaStore platform. Any attempt to move transactions outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

5. Thumbnail Image Specifications:
- Creators should upload product images in thumbnail format with a 16:9 ratio, specifically 1280 pixels wide and 720 pixels high.

6. Truthful Product Descriptions:
- Creators are prohibited from making false promises or misleading statements in their product descriptions.

7. Accurate Payment Details:
- Creators must provide correct and up-to-date payment details for withdrawals. AiaStore will not be responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect payment details provided by the creator.

8. Refund Policy:
- In the event of a user requesting a refund, AiaStore reserves the right to verify the user's query. If the product is found to be faulty, AiaStore may issue a refund without consulting the creator.

9. Professional Conduct:
- Creators are expected to maintain professional conduct and should not use offensive language or engage in any form of harassment towards users.

10. Account Termination:
- AiaStore reserves the right to block or terminate a creator's account in case of any violation of the terms outlined in this policy. In critical situations, the creator may forfeit earned money, or it may be delayed based on the severity of the violation.
